Can you pre-authorise my claim?

Unfortunately we are not able to pre-authorise any claims. This is because the treatment prescribed may be more or less than your vet originally quotes.

We are not able to guarantee any claims until they have been assessed; however, our Claims team are happy to assess any claims that you submit.
