Once a claim has been approved, we have two options:
- If you have paid the vet fees up front, we can reimburse you. If you are paying for your policy by monthly direct debit, we will pay the claim into the same bank account that you pay your premiums with (unless we hear otherwise). If you have paid the annual premium in full, please contact us so that we can set up a bank transfer.
- We can also pay claims directly to your vet, as long as they're happy for us to - it's always worth checking with them first to make sure.
