If you have our MoneyBack policy, we will give you 20% of your annual premium back for every year that you don't claim! (Please note that the MoneyBack reward is a feature of the MoneyBack policy only.)
At the end of each policy year, we will check to see if you made any claims. If you have made a successful claim, there will be no MoneyBack paid for that year. If you have not made a claim, we will send an email asking you to confirm there are no claims waiting to be made. If you tell us that there are no claims, then we will pay the MoneyBack as soon as possible.
How will I receive my MoneyBack?
If you pay your policy premium by monthly direct debit, we will pay your MoneyBack by bank transfer into your account directly.
If you paid your annual premium premium in full online, we will return your MoneyBack to the same card you paid your premium with.
If you paid your annual premium in full over the phone, we will give you a call so that we can process your MoneyBack over the phone.
We aim to process MoneyBack payments as soon as possible; however, the process can take up to 30 days after your renewal date. If you're still waiting for your MoneyBack after this time has passed, please contact us by calling 0345 340 4090 or emailing firstname.lastname@example.org.
Even if you decide not to renew with us, we will still assess and process your MoneyBack as usual.
