What will I need to submit a claim?

It’s easy to submit a claim online using our Snap Claims process from the My Account area of our website.

For vet fee claims, it’s helpful to upload any invoices or receipts for the treatment provided. Don't worry if you don't have these straight away - we can request this information from your vet later.

For all other claims, please follow the instructions on screen and enter the information requested. 

Alternatively, you can register your claim over the phone. Our dedicated Claims team can be reached on 0333 130 4552 (9am-5pm, Monday-Friday), and we will be happy to talk you through the steps of how to claim. Once we have registered the initial details (including your vet's contact information), we will get in touch with the vet on your behalf and take it from there.

We'll also keep you updated by email or text all the way, so you can rest assured that we're taking care of it for you. We hope this means we can give you more time to concentrate on helping your loved one with their recovery.
