We want to be able to give you the peace of mind that your pet is being looked after if they become ill, so our insurance policies are designed to help with unexpected veterinary costs.
If your pet has several illnesses or ongoing treatments that you need to claim for, we can only pay out up to the limit provided on the policy you have chosen. This means that if you reach your vet fee limit during a treatment, you will need to pay any exceeding amounts yourself.
For example, if you any one of our policies - all of our policies are lifetime or 'yearly limit' policies - we can pay out up to the set amount each year. The amount you can claim for will refresh when your policy renews the following year.
We have several policies in our range providing varying levels of cover. You can find out more about them here.
How much cover do I have left?
If you've already made claims with us and want to know how much cover you have left, you can contact our claims team by calling 0333 130 4552 or emailing email@example.com.
Please note that you must continue to have a policy with us to receive claims payments. Your policy will renew automatically at the end of the policy year unless you cancel. If you decide to cancel a policy during treatment, we will not be able to pay a claim.
