My pet has gone missing - what should I do next?

We’re very sorry your pet is missing. Please contact us as soon as possible after your pet goes missing - we can give some advice to help with their safe return. 

If you have Lost or Stolen cover as part of your policy, please consult your policy document to confirm the details of what we will cover. If you'd like to submit a claim online, you can log in to My Account and follow the on-screen guidance if you wish. If you'd prefer to register your claim over the phone, our Claims team can be reached on 0333 130 4552.

We can offer Lost or Stolen cover on most of our policies. The Lost or Stolen cover is included as standard on our Complete policy, or can be added as an optional extra on the others in our range. (Please note that this is not available on our Liability Only policy.)
