Can I make changes to my policy?

If you need to update any details on your policy (such as your address or contact information), please get in touch with us as soon as possible so we can make sure everything is correct and up to date.

If you're looking to change your policy options (such as your excess or add-ons), we unfortunately are not able to process these mid-policy year.

However, we may be able to look at these changes when it comes to renewal. We will email you 28 days before your renewal is due, so if you'd like to find out which options are available please feel free to contact us during this pre-renewal period.

Please note: Certain changes to the policy mid-term such as updating a home address or changing a pet's birth date, can have an effect on the premium.
