How do I update my policy?


If you would like to amend any details on your current policy you can do this via the following:
Updating your pet's details and adding/removing a pet from your policy is available online via ‘My Account’ under ‘My policy and quotes’
Online:  You can submit your request by using the contact us button and using the ‘ I am an existing customer’ request tab. 
Call us: 0345 340 4090 to discuss any changes. 
Please note: Certain changes to the policy mid-term such as updating a home address or changing a pet's birth date, can have an effect on the premium.
