When you purchase a policy with us, we send you a confirmation email with the policy document attached, so please check your emails to make sure this has arrived. Please also check your junk/spam folder, as they can sometimes end up in there (depending on your email settings).
You can also access your policy document in the My Account section of our website.
If you're unable to find your policy information or are having issues downloading the document from the website, please get in touch and we'll find a way to get it to you.
